About the Course
Why Synodal Leadership
Synodality is an approach to discerning where the Holy Spirit leads the Church. Previously, synods were for bishops, now they include input from as many people as possible in the discernment process.
This Synodal Leadership Formation course helps participants experience synodality as an inclusive form of leadership as they consider integrating synodality into pastoral ministry and other aspects of their lives.
